Guruprasad Srinivasan
Executive Director & Group CEO
Guruprasad Srinivasan is the Executive Director and Group CEO of the company. A founding member, Guru was the fourth employee of Quess. He has more than 25 years of industry experience, including leadership roles at GE Health, Hewitt Associates, and People One Consulting.
In addition to having a Master’s in Business Administration, Guru is a Stanford Ignite Graduate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Over the years at Quess, Guru has built the Workforce Management Platform to be an industry-leading one, set up the Shared Services Centre, integrated the Asset Management Business, and has been part of the team that takes key decisions at the corporate level. A natural leader, Guru has a keen interest in photography and restoring vintage vehicles.
Lohit Bhatia
President
Workforce Management
Lohit Bhatia has over 25 years of experience across industries such as Textiles, Auto Components, and Services with a focus on product and services, sales, and business development, along with proficiency in manpower outsourcing programs with an emphasis on managed services across industries. Lohit is currently the President of Quess’ Workforce Management business, having joined Quess in 2011 as General Manager of Sales for the Staffing business.
Since 2018, Lohit is on the Executive Board of ISF (Indian Staffing Federation), a leading staffing federation in India that represents over 100 staffing companies. Lohit was elected unopposed as the President for a second term (2022~2024) at ISF; he has been interacting with industry leaders, employers, and the Government regarding the representation of the industry for both immediate and long-term development of staffing in India while increasing formalisation of the Indian workforce.
Munish Kumar
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Munish Kumar is a seasoned Management Executive and has expertise in rapidly scaling businesses in multiple global markets across diverse business assignments. He has over two decades of experience in the fields of Staffing, Construction, IT, and Skill Development.
He has held leadership positions in organisations across the globe, such as Shapoorji Pallonji, LabourNet, Tech Mahindra, FirstMeridian, and General Electric. He is an entrepreneur at heart and has successfully incubated and run these businesses. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and has done his post-graduation from IIT Bangalore. In his spare time, he likes to read. He is also passionate about mentoring startups.
Manush Sethi
Business Head
Quess International Services
An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Manush Sethi is the Business Head of Quess International Services. Manush did his MBA from IMT and was part of two leadership courses from IIMB and IIM Kozhikode. He started his professional journey in 2002 and has played a key role in contributing to the success of organisations such as HCL, Eureka Forbes, ManpowerGroup, Randstad, and Innov.
Besides work, he loves reading, exploring new places, and meeting new people.
